Hemp Farmers got hurt by the new USDA Rules – lowering the total allowable THC down to 0.3% for total THC. Before, only Delta-9 THC levels mattered and total THC could be north of the 0.3% threshold provided that the Delta-9 stayed low – not anymore, and we should lobby to change that to a 1% total THC regulation to ensure most of the CBD hemp can still be grown.
