Cannabis Legalization News (CLN) publishes news, commentary, videos, and public education. Our content is general information, not advice for your individual legal, financial, medical, or business situation. Laws and facts change; check the date and original sources before relying on a story.

Using this website, watching a program, subscribing to the briefing, or making a sponsor inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship or a consulting engagement. Any professional engagement requires a separate agreement with the relevant provider. CLN’s media work, Collateral Base’s consulting services, and Cannabis Industry Lawyer’s legal services are distinct.

Newsletter and sponsor forms

The newsletter form requests the CLN weekly briefing. A sponsor inquiry requests a business response; it does not subscribe you to the newsletter, guarantee a sponsorship, or promise coverage. These forms do not request text-message enrollment. Do not submit confidential legal facts, passwords, financial-account credentials, or other sensitive documents.

Editorial independence

Sponsorship does not purchase CLN’s conclusions, story selection, corrections, or undisclosed favorable treatment. Any sponsorship placement requires a separate agreement. A link, guest appearance, or discussion of a product is not by itself an endorsement.

Content and outside services

Rights in CLN content and third-party material remain with their respective owners. You may link to our public pages. Other copying, distribution, or use must be permitted by the rights holder or applicable law.

Links and embedded videos or forms may take you to outside services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. CLN does not control their availability or content.
