Influencer podcast opens a Hemp store in Texas, brilliant or dumb ass move? , considering its Texas. The world is a good ole’ boys club, especially in the American South. I question the location more than the product on this one.
Liger420 just made a video that an influencer podcast is opening what they call a dispensary. You’re a store homies. Nothing more and nothing less, you’re the thing I’m about to be a part of, the endgame of legalization, along with some personal rights and protections, would be nice.
I started to write this piece with a little hate and discontent. Yeah I’m a little jealous, you built your fame from doing Blinkers, being mindless brain fodder, but so did The Paul Brothers. And I think it’s here where I tend to discredit the likes of you too much, the Kardashians and Jersey Shore of life. This write isn’t just geared towards Erick Khan and Goblin, there’s a third guy. The supposed grower but definitely co-owner Twitter user @SplitDaWig and I don’t mean to throw shade on your flower, you post beautiful flowers on Twitter. I just question the business practice with supply and demand but with legalization there’s transparency or should be.
The fight has been long and hard, more good people have come and gone, bad ones too. Law enforcement has the power to nickel and dime you to death, from taking products to intimidating customers, it’s up to you to prove your innocence, it’s cute you think you have rights and I really do wish you the best.

As much as I wouldn’t want to smoke something calling itself hemp, there could be some excellent product out there but if you pass the hemp test, I don’t want it. I want something grown without the pressures of .3% or not. I don’t drink light beer or cheap vodka anymore. I get this is for the broke consumer but so is regulation, so is descheduling. A legal protection to enter the business and perhaps the consumer too. I believe gas station weed is inevitable but we’re not ready for it until Federal action happens.
There are no heroes in business, just people looking to make money but you can make a difference and perhaps you are. Yes, you are a threat to the States legal markets, CBD started the conversation then the Farm Bill disclaimer came along, but in the end this is one plant that is grown with intent; it can be either for human consumption or industrial materials.
Pinepark is a company made by some social media influencers, it’s neither good nor bad in my opinion but I hope with their success they invest in changing the law as well. People know us for different reasons but it’s all related to this plant, use your power for good. Like I said, I personally don’t want to smoke hemp from a pretend dispensary, but if I had the time and money, Florida would be that State. Trulieve could use the competition and DeSantis has already sided with the hemp market.
Since the Texas legislators meet fewer than most, this year is critical for the next two years. Anti-Hemp laws passed this year could crush you now or give you a two year breather. Once Federal legalization happens, you will have to compete with the structured legal State market, there will be no Farm Bill disclaimer.
Anyways, best of luck to you guys, I hope no one gets sick from your future products and all the success in Texas.
