Jack Herer’s story is that of passion, love, and freedom. He inspired and enlightened millions through “The Emperor Wears No Clothes” and by helping fight for the release of the once hidden “Hemp For Victory”.
He lived a robust and glorious life and his end was no different. During his final days, he had a caregiver, confidant, and spiritual friend known as Joy Graves. I became friends with Joy when I found a picture of the prosecutor, who was prosecuting her for cannabis, standing in front of Bob Marley smoking a mock joint when he was on a Mormon mission in Africa as a youth.
Joy gave me a copy of the book Jack was last working looking at cannabis and religion in “The Most High” and it is here with great pleasure I wish to share it with you.
