Michigan Cannabis News & The New “Detroit Legacy” Certification

Detroit has an interesting proposal to curb out-of-towners from invading their recreational cannabis market. Leaders proposed that at least half of all dispensary licenses in Detroit must go to those with the “Detroit Legacy” certification.
